We conduct a thorough internal and external Pre Purchase Property Inspection of the property looking for major structural defects. Maintenance and general advice items are also included (an extensive but not an exhaustive list). All house inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Building Standards AS4349.1. We follow a comprehensive on site checklist and inspection process to comply with theses standards .This ensures that our high quality control standards are maintained for all house inspections.
We listen to any concerns you may have about the property you are about to purchase and address these at the inspection. General advice is also given in relation to any renovation and / or extension queries you may have. Cost estimates for repairs, renovations and extensions can be provided on request .
When can you carry out the Property Inspection?
We generally require 24 hours notice to organise a house inspection. Same day inspections can sometimes be organised.
When do I get my Reports?
You will receive your full written Report via email by the next business day following the Pre Purchase Property Inspection. If you have an URGENT situation we can give you a verbal report on the day and organise to have the Reports emailed to you the same evening.

Can I attend the Inspection?
You are very welcome to attend the inspection and speak directly with the Inspector. If you are not able to attend, that is fine too (most people don’t), the Inspector is available to speak with you before the inspection or after the inspection if you have any queries on the report.
Do you do Pest Inspections?
We can organise your pest inspection for you
dASHCo design & construction can give you an opinion on the evidence of termites etc but highly recommend you get a qualified Pest Inspector to evaluate the property.
